Returns

We’re happy to offer a 30-day return policy, giving you a full month from receiving your item to request a return if needed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For orders in store - You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please bring the item back to the store to process return. 

For online orders items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed once your item has arrived. Return postage cost is customer's responsibility. Alternately, items can be returned in store with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method you used for your purchase. Please note it takes some time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
