Shipping policy

All orders will be posted in approximately 2-7 business days, please allow longer for some regional towns. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our store. 

Prahran Hardware is not responsible for any goods sent to an incorrect address, please make sure your delivery address is correct. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box.

Deliveries are made on a week day, during business hours.

Pick up is available during store opening hours.

A shipping fee will apply to online orders.
